Selected Work
Strategy claims are easier to believe when something was actually built. Below is a selection — labeled by what it really was, because a hackathon protocol and a client engagement are not the same kind of evidence. Some work is covered by confidentiality and is described without naming the counterparty.
DeFi Strategy Infrastructure
A DeFi strategy needs on-chain execution and an analytics layer capable of validating it before capital is committed. The two are usually built by different people, and the gap between them is where strategies quietly fail.
- Role
- First investor in fija Finance, then hands-on blockchain developer across two engagements of three to five months (2022–25).
- Built
- A DeFi vault and investment strategy on Arbitrum in Solidity, plus an indexing, analytics and reporting backend for analyzing, backtesting and simulating strategies.
- Outcome
- The practical apprenticeship behind everything that followed — moving from evaluating technologies and teams as an investor to designing, implementing and debugging the components directly.

x402commit
An API or agent with paying users has real revenue but no way to convert it into capital without selling equity. Waiting for that revenue to accumulate is the only option on offer.
- Role
- Founder-builder, alongside a founding team.
- Built
- Infrastructure to tokenize the future cashflow of a paid API or agent — issuing shares in the revenue stream rather than in the company, settled on x402 with ERC-8004 attestations.
- Outcome
- Live at x402commit.com and open for pilots.

Detox Hook
Arbitrage against stale pool prices extracts value that would otherwise belong to liquidity providers. Most mitigations penalize organic flow along with the arbitrage.
- Role
- Builder.
- Built
- A Uniswap v4 Hook that captures arbitrage profit using Pyth real-time prices and donates the value back to LPs, while leaving organic flow unaffected. Deployed on Arbitrum Sepolia with dynamic fee and value-donation mechanics.
- Outcome
- ETHGlobal Prague 2025 Finalist. First place, Pyth “Most Innovative use of pull oracle”.

Reckon402
Agents that transact have no memory of who proved reliable. Without accruing reputation, every counterparty is a stranger and every transaction has to be over-collateralized.
- Role
- Builder.
- Built
- Agent commerce with memory: x402 settlements write ERC-8004 attestations, and ENS resolves the per-agent escrow tier — so an agent’s track record determines the terms it gets offered.
- Outcome
- Working prototype demonstrating reputation that accrues transaction by transaction, without a central authority vouching for it.

zkFusion
On-chain countdown Dutch auctions leak bidding intent. Every participant can watch the price fall and time their entry against everyone else.
- Role
- Builder.
- Built
- A zero-knowledge proof system replacing 1inch Fusion’s on-chain countdown auction with private, provable sealed-bid settlement — a Circom circuit, a Solidity verifier and Limit Order Protocol integration.
- Outcome
- ETHGlobal Unite DeFi 2025 Finalist. Second place, 1inch Limit Order Protocol prize.

Industrial Software Product Development
Lean Construction methods were well understood on paper and barely supported by software. The workflows sat in spreadsheets and site meetings.
- Role
- Founder. Product strategy and development leadership.
- Built
- A vertical B2B SaaS platform for the construction sector, taken from product definition through to a working commercial product.
- Outcome
- The Boom GmbH, subsequently sold to the co-founder. The clearest evidence that industrial domain knowledge and software product work belong in the same head.
